Caplan’s Safe Shopping Experience
Safety is our top priority and the following will outline what you can expect from us when you book a VIP appointment with one of our sales associates.
Entrance Monitoring
Customers will be greeted by a Caplan’s representative who will ask health-screening questions prior to entering the store.
Protective Masks
Masks are mandatory for all employees and customers and should always be worn while shopping in our showrooms. Caplan’s will happily provide masks to customers if needed.
Physical Distancing
There will be a limited number of customers in the store, ensuring physical distancing practices are followed throughout our showrooms.
Cleaning Efforts
We have taken extra precautions to ensure all areas of the showroom are disinfected multiple times throughout the day by Caplan’s full-time professional cleaning staff.
Product Handling
We have introduced a “Touch-Smart Selection” process for all display appliances within the showroom.
