I recently noticed my stove was slowly dying and needed it replaced with short lead time to Thanksgiving. I also wasn’t able to drive to the Caplan’s showroom. Shaun was quick to call back when I asked for a quote and then lead me through the right replacement for my 20 year old Thermador stove. He was always available through calls and e-mails, sending photos and providing advice. I felt like we were old friends. I will definitely call Shaun at Caplan’s for my next appliance.

Caplans’ customer service has been nothing but the best. We had issue with an oven/microwave unit delivered to our home. We raised the issue with their team and Samir Hassan acted quickly. They sent their team back right away to remove the unit and replaced it for us. Problem solve was quick and seamless. Their delivery men were super nice and were very patient. I would recommend Caplans for their kitchen appliances and customer service!! That’s why I keep coming back to them when I need new appliances. And now my neighbor is also on the hook 😊. Sometimes you get a Lemon...... This is exactly what happened when we rearranged our kitchen to get a new wall oven. Unfortunately it died only 5-6 years later. Jeff Hoogendam from Caplan's Appliances reached out to manufacture and was able to secure us a great deal on a replacement oven for us. He went beyond the call of duty to get it delivered and installed very quickly. Without a doubt this a review of Jeff and Caplan's not the oven manufacture. They get 5 stars from my family!

We visited Caplans looking for appliances for our new build. From the minute we arrived at the store and met with Mathew we felt appreciated and valued. He took the time to listen to all our questions and educate us on the various options, making recommendations along the way. We got to see some appliances being used in the test kitchen and talk to the chefs about what they liked and didn’t like about some of the cooktops and ovens we were considering, which really helped us solidify our choices. Overall just a fantastic appliance buying experience!

I am writing this review because of the excellent experience I have had with Sam Fodaro at Caplan's Weston road location. I was in dire need of a washer/dryer set. Sam was professional, found me the perfect set for my needs, gave me a price I could not refuse, arranged rapid shipping/installation. He was honest and went above and beyond in every capacity without even asking! The installation team was quick, highly skilled and professional. I cannot recommend Caplan's and more importantly Sam for this world class experience. Caplan's provided us with excellent service on kitchen appliance upgrade. The product knowledge and advise were exceptional. The delivery and installation were very well done and the software for order tracking, billing and delivery was superb. The whole experience was very positive.
