Sometimes you get a Lemon...... This is exactly what happened when we rearranged our kitchen to get a new wall oven. Unfortunately it died only 5-6 years later. Jeff Hoogendam from Caplan's Appliances reached out to manufacture and was able to secure us a great deal on a replacement oven for us. He went beyond the call of duty to get it delivered and installed very quickly. Without a doubt this a review of Jeff and Caplan's not the oven manufacture. They get 5 stars from my family!

We visited Caplans looking for appliances for our new build. From the minute we arrived at the store and met with Mathew we felt appreciated and valued. He took the time to listen to all our questions and educate us on the various options, making recommendations along the way. We got to see some appliances being used in the test kitchen and talk to the chefs about what they liked and didn’t like about some of the cooktops and ovens we were considering, which really helped us solidify our choices. Sam was professional, found me the perfect set for my needs, gave me a price I could not refuse, arranged rapid shipping/installation. He was honest and went above and beyond in every capacity without even asking! The installation team was quick, highly skilled and professional. The experience with Caplan's was great. Matt Hebert, our sales associate, helped us solve a problem with a narrow stairway to our laundry room. We recommended the one machine that would fit the space and then helped provide support services that ensured this all would happen. Purchase, delivery, installation, and removal of the old machine were all done smoothly and on-time. Everyone involved was very professional and seemed to care about a job well done. We were amazed at how they could move these machines in narrow spaces without us ever hearing a bump on the wall or the floor. We have bought from Caplan's many times. Mathew helped us to pick out our new fridge and appliances with ease. We told him what we were interested in and he was able to quickly show us what products were right for us and within our budget. Since our renovation began, I’ve noticed that so many suppliers do the bare minimum and have no concept of customer service. I’d just like to say that Caplan’s, and salesperson Matthew Hebert especially, have been a pleasure to deal with. I’m very impressed with their level of service and I will definitely be a returning customer should the need arise. I will also send anyone I know who is in the market for appliances their way.

We have been undergoing a complete home renovation, requiring all new kitchen appliances. The team at Caplan's has been a delight to interact with and extremely helpful. In particular, Matt Hebert has been super responsive and driven to find the right solution to our needs. As is to be expected, no renovation goes smoothly and we've just made a few discoveries about how the HVAC has been installed that required a late-in-the-game change in plans. But Caplan's has approached this situation with a relationship-mindset, not a transactional-mindset and made what was a very stressful situation so much easier for us. Fully recommend shopping here over another appliance store that may treat you as a transaction and not a person.

When buying expensive items like household appliances, customer service is the most important part of the experience. My experience with Caplan's, in particular Ali Shojaei, was over and above. We outfitted our kitchen and laundry recently and Ali is someone who not only knows his products but is someone you can trust to be there with you from pre to post-purchase. I can't say that I've ever had as good an experience anywhere.
