We purchased a fridge after ours broke down. Carmen Filippelli was extremely helpful in guiding us through the purchase and getting us onto the delivery schedule.Delivery went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new fridge.

We had a Dishwasher emergency with a condo that we had just moved into. Needed a quality replacement and Sam worked with us to get an amazing Miele dishwasher the same week. And he even made sure we weren’t overbuying for our needs. Amazing service. Will be coming to Caplans ( and Sam ) for all of our future appliance needs. Nice to see that quality customer service from Canadian companies isn’t dead.

From the moment I walked through the door of Caplans I was impressed with the assistance I received. Not being sure of what I wanted as I redid my kitchen Frank patiently walked me through what options were available. He was not pushy but enormously helpful with his recommendations. Having purchased my appliances I then had the pleasure of dealing with their installer, Troy who was absolutely wonderful. He is so organized knows exactly what he is doing and is such a clea. and tidy worker. Troy is always a joy to deal with. I just recently purchased all new appliances at Caplans, my sales representative was fantastic. Carmen spent the time to show me around the showroom asking me about the appliances I was looking for. He then showed me various models an went over the features to narrow down model that suited my needs. I stuck with Kitchenaid for all my Kitchen appliances and chose the LG tower combo for my washer and dryer. I also decided to switch from a gas cooktop to induction. I love all my appliances. I like the fact that they're there for you even after the delivery to answer any questions you have.
