She was very responsive and made sure we got the machine delivered smoothly (despite having difficulties booking our condo elevator). She followed up at every step and made herself available even over the weekend. I’ve changed my rating to reflect this as it seems like my first experience was an isolated incident. We agreed on a model and he said he would call me back in 20m to confirm stock & delivery dates. No one called me and it’s been weeks. Poor customer service. Purchased a very expensive fridge previously and had a better experience. Makes me think they don’t care about their customers unless they are spending over $5000.

I’ve purchase all my appliances from Caplan’s. A Miele induction range, Miele dishwasher, Miele French door fridge, sharp microwave, LG washer, and LG dryer. I purchased these items at two different times. The first time was with a sales person who is no longer at the store, and while the sales experience was superb, the follow through service was mediocre at best. However, the Caplan’s team overall picked up the slack and made up for it the second time around when I purchased the washer and dryer. Nathaniel helped me the second time, and he was super responsive, and very helpful, even after the purchase. The delivery people had to come twice because the washer and dryer didn’t fit the first time, and didn’t complain once. After I broke down a wall so they could fit, they came back again within 2 days. The delivery team was also excellent to work with. Brian and Jerry both had such a great attitude and they did such a great job delivering the washer and dryer through such a tight space. They were excellent to work with. I’d definitely recommend Caplan’s!

Hi Shaun, Delivery went without a hitch. The fellows were very careful with the delivery and placement of the fridge and with the removal of the LG fridge we were passing along to a friend. The FP fridge, although smaller, was still able to hold all the food we transferred from the larger LG fridge with space to spare. All good from the beginning of the transaction to the delivery. Carmen guided us to our best option to replace our 32-year old built-in SubZero fridge. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. There were some hitches and miscommunications during the disconnection and removal of the old fridge and installation of the new one, but eventually everything was resolved to our satisfaction. As regards our new Kitchen-aide, although it fits precisely into the space vacated by the SubZero, we are a bit disappointed by the interior space. For some reason it is much shallower front to back, so room for quite a bit less food. The same applies to the freezer. Much less space than we had been used to, largely because of the restrictive design of the interior. We’ll just have to store less food, I guess. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend Caplans for their customer service and for their reasonable pricing compared with other places we looked at.

We had a fantastic lunch & afternoon with Renato learning about our Miele oven and combi steam oven. We are looking forward to implementing his tips and being able to fully utilize our products. Thank you!

I heard about Caplan's from my cousin who is an Interior Designer. She highly suggested Frank and I am so happy with the service that was provided! He is honest, upbeat, kind, and professional, to name a few. Before meeting with Frank at Caplan's, I had a difficult time researching appliances to narrow down the choices which left me feeling overwhelmed and not excited about moving.
