Wow, talk about customer service. This group is incredible.I had an issue with one of my appliances and the speed and professionalism in which this repair was handled was a breath of fresh air. We went in for a lesson on Miele appliances and the lesson was absolutely fabulous! Chef Deborah is such a good teacher and there was a lot to learn. Everyone there was friendly and the kitchen and showroom are beautiful, not to mention the absolutely delicious food! We are very excited to put the lesson into action. This morning I steamed my eggs in my steam oven and they were perfect!

Made another great purchase from Caplan's! When our refrigerator quit, I submitted online queries about a few different makes and models (in the middle of the night, of course, because that's usually when stuff breaks down). Manager Steve assigned sales rep Pedro to assist me and I am so glad he did! Pedro responded quickly and fulsomely to all my questions, made time the same day to meet with my husband and I at the shop, and answered all our questions so we could buy with confidence. He was even able to get us a delivery date for the same week. Delivery was done by Lucas and his partner, who expertly moved the old (and oversized) fridge out and installed the new one in place. An overall very positive experience, confirming Caplan's as our go-to source for appliance.

Chef Renato introduced us to our new combo steam oven by having us cook a delicious lunch. He showed us how to use all the versatile functions on the oven. He even gave us tips on other useful kitchen utensils like the mandolin. He was patient, humourous and made the experience enjoyable. Very informative. Excellent!

Wish I could give Caplan's sales rep, Carmen, and their beyond fabulous delivery team a 10++++star. I gave Carmen an almost impossible task of finding me a washer that was not a condo size which would fit through a narrow doorway. He did it! Today the washer arrived. The delivery team, headed by Brian and his terrific colleagues, somehow managed to remove my old washer and carry my new one through a very challenging doorway and downstairs. They were geniuses, very strong and all the time being respectful. There wasn't even a scratch on the machine nor our walls. Thank you so very much. Caplan's is the best!
