My washing machine broke down and I was immediately introduced to Samir and Mathew who provided me with an excellent deal on a stackable LG washer and dryer set. I ordered the WM3400CW & DLE2400W set on Wednesday afternoon and their delivery guys were able to install and remove the old appliances today all within 30 minutes. Chris and his delivery team were extremely friendly and professional. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with all the members of this company. I highly recommend them for their products and exceptional customer service.

My dryer (Bloomberg) is only 4 years old as when I bought my apartment. For the last 6 months, I contemplated to repairing and getting a new one. The repair cost was as good as getting a new machine. Finding a reliable store was another problem as they differed in knowing if this will fit with my existing washer.However, I did my search for "BEST APPLIANCES STORES IN TORONTO" .... and Caplan popped up first and along with the rest.The person I spoke with was Shaun Hing from Sales. Told him what I needed and the complications in fitting with my washer (stacker). He was professional, swift, knowledgeable, affirmative and within minutes I had a quote sent over and within a couple of days, I had my new dryer. Amazing !! I am truly happy and impressed with Shaun's service and his diligence in giving the best and making me truly a satisfied customer. I Applaud !!I will definitely recommend to my family, friends and will give praise to Caplan Store and especially to look for Shaun for any future Appliances.Along side, I had also met with Caplan's Delivery team which were polite, pleasant and I tipped them for the great work done.

We purchased a fridge after ours broke down. Carmen Filippelli was extremely helpful in guiding us through the purchase and getting us onto the delivery schedule.Delivery went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new fridge.

I strongly recommend Caplans and our Sales Associate Matthew Hebert. Both the organization and Matt delivered a level of service and products that far exceeded our expectations. We ordered 4 premium appliances and were substantially delayed in taking delivery due to our renovation timing. Matt worked with us every step of the way including adjusting the order for us and sourcing several small parts we needed almost two years after our initial order.
