Caplan's EXCEEDS expectations once again. This is my third condo for which I've purchased appliances from Caplan's and I'll keep going back! My oven had died so I needed a new range and decided to invest in an over-the-range microwave at the same time. My journey began with Joseph on the sales floor - listened to what I wanted, showed me some choices, and helped me assess the options. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. Once they were available then the Delivery Service arm took over. I was nervous about the delivery as elevator bookings in a condo are notoriously challenging. Stephanie was a rock star - not only did she help me sort out a scheduling concern but she was patient throughout my nervousness - greatly appreciated. And then the delivery team arrived - professional and efficient, very smooth service. WOW!

I spoke with Angelo Moutoulas recently regarding a replacement for a washer/dryer combo in a condo building. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot the issue instead of pushing for a new sale. His advice ended up resolving the issue which saved me over $2000!! I previously went to big box stores like Rona and Home Depot and they just push the replacement sale (stay away from big box stores!). Thankfully I stopped by this location as well. I will definitely buy from them when the time comes. 5/5

I recently replaced my Whirlpool top-loader, stacked washer/dryer (21 yrs old), with an LG front loader, washer/dryer tower from Caplan's. Living in a condo, I had very specific measurements, as the unit had to fit into a closet with a door. Brendon Stevenson, was very helpful. He really knows his products, he's personable, and professional. With his assistance, I chose the model that met my needs, budget, and would fit a very specific space. I chose Caplan's because they've been in the appliance business for many years, and I trust their expertise. They efficiently arranged delivery and installation of my washing unit, and were also very flexible with time frames. Overall, I'm very pleased with the washer/dryer that I purchased, and will return to Caplan's for future appliances.

We just finalized a large order of appliances for our custom built. We dealt with Brendon as our rep and he has been outstanding. Responsive, fast, knowledgeable, professional, personable and honest. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. He made the process easy and fun and truly enjoyable, as it should be when you are building your dream home, including all the administrative parts which nobody ever likes. As part of a complete house reno in midtown Toronto, we were shopping for a whole new appliance set, including a Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer/stove/microwave + Miele dishwasher, and a stackable washer/dryer. We specifically liked Caplans because of its proximity, availability of various models on the showroom floor, the separate Miele showroom, how to combine the range hood etc., but probably most importantly the sales team's knowledge on how to maximize the somewhat confusing world of manufacturer and other discounts. Our main contact Shaun Kwong Hing was a pleasure to work with on the above and very responsive. After placing the order, his team were able to delay shipment without charge when our move-in date was postponed by several months, and they also went above and beyond when we changed our design which reversed our door swing and so they persuaded the manufacturer for a reversal kit at no charge. Everything arrived in good order, and we are now in the process of installing. Very positive experience - one less stress on a home reno...

Recently purchased a replacement insert for our kitchen. They had a discounted out of box unit at a good price. I went to pick it up and they couldn't locate it in the warehouse. The employee called a higher up and they gave me a unopened one instead. Caplans does what is right for their customers 100% .

I recently noticed my stove was slowly dying and needed it replaced with short lead time to Thanksgiving. I also wasn’t able to drive to the Caplan’s showroom. Shaun was quick to call back when I asked for a quote and then lead me through the right replacement for my 20 year old Thermador stove. He was always available through calls and e-mails, sending photos and providing advice. I felt like we were old friends. I will definitely call Shaun at Caplan’s for my next appliance.

Caplans’ customer service has been nothing but the best. We had issue with an oven/microwave unit delivered to our home. We raised the issue with their team and Samir Hassan acted quickly. They sent their team back right away to remove the unit and replaced it for us. Problem solve was quick and seamless. Their delivery men were super nice and were very patient. I would recommend Caplans for their kitchen appliances and customer service!! That’s why I keep coming back to them when I need new appliances. And now my neighbor is also on the hook 😊. Great team!!
