We had trouble with a washer and our sales Rep Matt Gauthier expedited the process by speaking to the operations manager Samir who on the phone told us to just place the order and he would take care of it ASAP. Delivery and service was amazing!

All of the sales reps were very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. We even had a lunch with some amazing chefs showing us how to use our Miele appliances! I was looking for a number of appliances (washer/dryer tower, stovetop, oven, and range hood) and Shaun was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He patiently answered all of my questions and guided me to the perfect appliances for my needs, taking the burden off of me to research and weigh options. I leaned on and trusted his expertise. What really impressed me was his ability to handle last-minute changes and adjustments to my order with ease and professionalism. He was quick to respond, and troubleshoot. Purchased a new Jenair fridge at Caplans. Our sales rep Sam was very helpful with many specific details to minimize the overall cost. The installation team coordinated the timing of delivery, disconnect and install. It all went perfectly to plan.

I have been customer of Caplan’s Appliance sinnce early 2000 and have bought all my kitchen and laundry appliances. All services, including delivery are excelent. Very clean, courteous and on time. Recently, I had a small issue with my laundry init and it was fixed promptly! I am very satisfied and appreciated customer. Highly recommend Caplan’s to everybody. Caplan’s Appliance was suggested to us by our contractor for all new appliances in our new kitchen in our home renovation. They were professional and very knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and their customer service has been by far the best compared to other Toronto appliance stores. The highlight of working with Caplan’s was getting step by step instructions for our new wall ovens, drawer refrigerator and induction stovetop. It made moving into our new kitchen seamless. My partner and I visited Caplan’s on a whim, looking for a new stove and fridge. As soon as we walked in, we were assisted by Matthew, who was incredibly helpful. We explained what we needed, and he guided us to the right products, clearly outlining the benefits and drawbacks of each option. Within 25 minutes, we had selected two appliances. Before finalizing the purchase, I wanted to check reviews, and Matthew was very understanding, never making us feel pressured. Caplan’s also offers complimentary coffee and a box of chocolates, which, while a small gesture, adds a touch of class that many stores overlook. The chocolates, by the way, were amazing! I will place my order in a few days, but regardless, I was very impressed by the service and generosity. It's a far superior experience than going to Home Depot or Best Buy and I prefer supporting a smaller business. It's clear they care and have established themselves, and I just love being able to buy from a family business that's been around for as they as they have! We'll be back and will continue to recommend to friends and family.

I will never buy an appliance from anywhere else besides Caplan's. I recently purchased an LG Washtower from Caplans. I was sick and unable to go into the store, so I called Caplan's and they were able to assist me with purchasing the wash tower over the phone. Since I knew which one I wanted, this was the easiest way to go, and Nathaniel from Caplan's was so nice and acommodating. The shipment was delivered 4 days after purchase and the delivery team was also amazing. There was an issue with water on the floor after about 3 washes so I called Caplan's and they did everything in their power to fix the issue. The GM called me back later that evening and a service team was at my door the next morning. It turns out it was a plastic washer issue, and the service team fixed it within minutes. Basically they came out to fix an issue that had nothing to do with them. The service from start to finish was amazing, and this is why I will never buy an appliance from anywhere else. The fact that Caplan's GM called me after hours and sent a team the next morning, shows their dedication to customer satisfaction. I guarantee that if I bought this unit anywhere else and this happened that I would still be waiting for someone to call me back!
