We are longtime customers of Caplan’s and our recent experience buying our Miele kitchen appliances from Caplan’s was outstanding. Brendon was very knowledgeable and helped us select the right appliances and arrange for delivery and installation when our renovation was completed. Installation was well coordinated and even a post-installation water line issue was handled promptly.The Combi steam oven we purchased is a real game changer and we took up Caplan’s on their offer to attend a cooking presentation and lunch hosted by Chef Deborah and Chef Renato. What a fantastic experience and amazing lunch in their show kitchen. We learned a ton, and they provided lots of advice, tips and tricks on how to get the most out of our new steam oven.Thanks for a delicious lunch, great cooking lesson, and great conversation.

We had the pleasure of being treated to an exquisite meal by Chef Renato at the Caplan's Miele kitchen recently. Chef was so gracious in answering all of our questions - and we had plenty! An expert both on the intricacies of the Miele ovens and on cuisine in general, Chef left us well fed and with plenty of tips to tackle both our combi and convection ovens. Enjoyed a post sales cooking demonstration for our Miele appliances from Chef Deborah and Renato. Learned so much more about how to optimally use the two ovens. Both Chefs have so much practical experience that they are able to share in a fun cooking environment. Kudos to Caplan's Appliances for offering this services. More businesses should provide this level of after sales care. It certainly builds customer loyalty into the future. Also thanks to Chris for engaging with us during our demo.

Huge thanks to Shaun Kwong Hing at Caplans for the excellent service I received in replacing two of my kitchen appliances. A year ago I needed to replace my built in glass cooktop. While searching on line I clicked on the Caplan ‘Chat box.’ Shaun, as it turned out was the agent who answered. He was knowledgeable and patient. Taking the time to provide me with the information and assurances that the newer updated model would fit. With one telephone call later the order was processed and delivery arranged. From initial contact to delivery the process and service was extremely smooth. And the best part was I did not have to leave home!Fast forward to last week…I needed to replace my fridge. Recalling the positive experience I had with the cooktop I reached out to Shaun again…hoping he was still working at Caplans….and I was not disappointed. Again he was knowledgeable and patient in answering all my concerns. Once again the process from initial contact to delivery was great. I was able to complete the order with one phone call and did not have to leave the house. I was really impressed with Shaun’s knowledge, patience and overall professionalism. It was refreshing to meet someone..albeit over email or telephone that was interested in taking the time to go the extra mile to ensure a satisfied customer. Thanks again to Shaun.
