Renovating our home and got all our new appliances from Caplans. Matt helped us secure all appliances for the best deal on the market, was so knowledgeable about all product, and gave excellent recommendations. Delivery was also seamless. Will absolutely be getting all appliances from Caplans in the future and work with Matt again.

Caplan's appliance selection is great and their customer service is excellent. I have purchased all my large home appliances from Caplan's over the past 30 years. This time it was a new washing machine, replacing the previous one I purchased from Caplan's 25 years ago. Grant Armstrong was the extremely helpful sales account manager who assisted me on my new purchase. Shout out to Cyntia in the customer service department, and also to the Caplan's delivery team: Brian, Bucho and Max. I recommend Caplan's highly for their selection, reasonable prices and excellent customer service.

My wife and I had an absolutely AMAZING experience with these guys. In particular we want to shout out Fendi.We initially purchased a washer dryer from a big box store, and it was just a horrible experience. We ended up having the order cancelled and were in a bit of a bind as we had no laundry. We stumbled upon Caplan's and were lucky to get connected with Fendi!SHE IS AMAZING! SERIOUSLY! She went above and beyond in organizing removal of our existing appliance, and suggesting appropriate options for us. She answered all our questions and was incredibly responsive.It may be a bit more than the big chains, but it's worth every penny. Such a great experience. Their appliance removal expert and delivery team were also amazing.Thanks again Fendi!

After we explained what we were looking for, he quickly provided multiple great options—all within our budget.​Delivery was completely seamless. When our schedule got delayed, customer service made adjusting the delivery date effortless. On delivery day, the crew placed all the appliances right where we needed them and even set up the washer and dryer. Every time we spoke with the customer service team, they were courteous, clear, and proactive at resolving any questions or concerns.​Highly recommended!

Several years ago I purchased a stove through Caplan's, and then just recently a washer and dryer set. I continue to be impressed with their customer service and competitive pricing. I worked with Pedro this time around and he was amazing. Very quick email responses, helpful, went above and beyond in finding out additional info for me. Washer and dryer were comparable in price to other big box retailers, and customer service with Caplan's is top notch so it was a no brainer to choose them for our purchase. The stairs to the basement were narrow so we weren't sure the washer and dryer would fit, but Pedro assured me the delivery guys were up to the task and they got them down no problem. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a range during the COVID lockdowns and had a lot of problems with it. Caplan's took very good care of us, helping us get our money from the extended warranty and giving us a good price a new one. I would recommend Caplan's very highly to anybody looking for an appliance: the team is truly responsible, service in the store, over email, and during delivery was excellent and caring, and they have options at many different price points.

We recently purchased our Miele refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher from Ed Quinn at Caplan’s Appliances, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.Ed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our choices. What impressed us most was that his service didn’t end once the sale was completed. Ed continued to follow up through delivery and installation to make sure everything went smoothly.It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience from the initial purchase right through to the final installation. We really appreciated Ed’s professionalism, knowledge, and follow-through and would highly recommend him and Caplan Appliances to anyone looking for new appliances.

We had a great experience buying our appliances at Caplan’s. Joseph helped us figure out exactly what would work in our kitchen and we were treated like family while we were at the store. Special shout out to David Walters and his team who had to deal with several (!) unexpected issues with installation. They were professional and friendly and David went above and beyond in making sure all the issues were addressed. We knew we were in good hands.

Our experience with Caplans was absolutely fantastic - from the showroom where we asked SO many questions and the sales team was so patient and kind, to the delivery and installation, which was seamless and white glove. It was all so easy and helpful.Unfortunately we had an issue with our stove, which ultimately drove this review. The team couldn't have been more helpful getting it repaired quickly and eventually replaced when the repairs weren't successful. Those kinds of issues happen and I am so thankful that the team at Caplan's was there to support us and take care of us.I will never buy my appliances anywhere else.
