Joseph and the Caplan's team keep exceeding our expectations. Joseph talked us through the options we were considering for a kitchen reno, including induction range options, and helped answer questions really clearly and were respectful of our budget. Not only that, they were much better priced than other shops we looked at who said they were doing their 'best deal'. The original sale was done in a pre-xmas busy period where Joseph was super responsive and thorough. The delivery teams are also incredible, expertly working around smaller city streets and lots of stairs. I can't recommend them enough!

Reasonable price and great service... Carmen and Stephanie have been very responsive and helpful in some troubleshooting that needed to be taken care of.

I recently purchased a CAFE GE Refrigerator from Matthew at Caplan's. The second appliance I have purchased in the last year. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The team that delivered the fridge today and removed the old one were also fantastic. They were pleasant, professional and incredibly efficient. I don't think I'd every buy an appliance from anyone but Caplan's again.

His attitude and actions show that he knows the principle of how to increase market share by gaining new customers and retaining old or newly gained ones. She was very responsive and made sure we got the machine delivered smoothly (despite having difficulties booking our condo elevator). She followed up at every step and made herself available even over the weekend. I’ve changed my rating to reflect this as it seems like my first experience was an isolated incident. We agreed on a model and he said he would call me back in 20m to confirm stock & delivery dates. No one called me and it’s been weeks. Poor customer service. Purchased a very expensive fridge previously and had a better experience. Makes me think they don’t care about their customers unless they are spending over $5000.
