Prudent friends used and liked Caplans for their kitchen renovation, but I didn't ever use it because there was an independent store close to me. (Now it's gone.)I just had to get a very small washing machine for a small space, and was really grateful for how quickly and reasonably they interacted with me.Even though I had little choice, the price was reasonable (compared to the big box stores) and my contact there was really great about answering my questions.The excellent delivery was not only reasonable but totally worth it - clear choice about a window of time, and clear communication about exactly when it would be. The delivery/installation folks were friendly and efficient and excellent.Caplans was also very kind when I started worrying (pointlessly) about something - 200% excellent customer service!I'm not looking forward to when the next appliance dies, but when it does, I'll replace it at Caplans!

Had a fabulous afternoon learning about the incredible versatility of different Miele steam and combi ovens . Enjoyed a fantastic gourmet meal prepared with love showcasing the diverse capabilities of the ovens. Most enjoyable and informative! Thanks to Chef Deborah and her co-chef, for an amazing experience .

Caplan's has provided me with such exceptional customer service that I thought it was important to write a review so that others can understand how great it has been working with them.We are renovating our home and have had to make a lot of important (and expensive) decisions about appliances - Nathaniel Zoulalian has been amazing during this process. He is knowledgeable and patient and took hours answering all of my questions.The exceptional service continued with Robert Caplan and the entire Caplan's operations team who went above and beyond to accommodate our renovation timelines and to make sure everything was delivered when we needed it.I cannot recommend Caplan's highly enough!

My session at Miele Gallery Caplan’s was excellent. I learned a lot about how to use my combi-steam oven without being intimidated by it. Chef Deborah Verginella is a genius at walking through meal preps and my husband and I got to enjoy a full meal prepared using the oven. Thanks to the chef who assisted her. Frank Mannella, thank you for coordinating the purchase of the oven with Miele.

We purchased a Miele dishwasher from Caplan's July 5, 2026.We came knowing what we were looking and once our decision was validated. Grant Armstrong, took us through the options, model availability and delivery dates. The delivery, installation and removal has just taken place, 5 days later and the Miele installers were a 'dream team'. We have never dealt with Caplan's before but afer speaking to Grant about the products they carry and the rational for their choices, Caplan's will be our go appliance store in the future.

Sure, you could buy appliances from Costco or Best Buy or some discount site, but if something goes wrong, you’re going to wish you had someone you trust to make sure things get done properly. Those people are the Caplan’s.In a time when everyone else is using AI chatbots and cutting corners, you can tell that Caplan’s still puts customer service first.Kiet at Caplan’s even went the extra mile to coordinate two different sets of service techs on the same day to make sure a tricky install was completed on time, on budget. Then followed up to ensure I was happy with the outcome. 10/10

I called Ali early in the morning to see if we could stop by and look at appliances, and he answered right away. He was incredibly pleasant on the phone and was able to book us in for the very same day. Later that day, my sister, my one-year-old, and I visited Caplan’s Appliances to shop for appliances for my sister. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and met with Ali. He is truly one of the most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful people we have ever worked with. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never rushed us, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Ali even walked us over to the beautiful Miele Experience Centre to show us additional options. While discussing ranges and ovens, he suggested that we meet one of the chefs on-site who could provide expert advice on cooking with the appliances. He stepped away briefly, spoke with the chef, and then returned with the wonderful news that they could fit us in that day. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Renato, who was incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He let us sample chicken that was cooked to perfection, along with some absolutely delicious desserts. We also met Chef Deborah, who was such a kind, warm, and lovely person to speak with. To top it all off, they sent us home with a wonderful goody bag filled with delicious sauces and pasta, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. After leaving, my sister and I couldn’t stop talking about our experience. The level of customer service we received from Ali, Chef Renato, and Chef Deborah was truly exceptional. In all my years, I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service quite like this. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel valued, informed, and genuinely cared for. Thank you for making what could have been a routine appliance-shopping trip into such a memorable and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Caplan’s Appliances to anyone looking for outstanding service, knowledgeable staff, and a truly first-class customer experience.

All sales and service staff are phenomenal people. Worked with them for years on service, sales and after care. They make buying appliances and kitchen products a breeze. Thats why we dont shop anywhere else.
