His vast knowledge stems from the diversity of his working experience—from sales and marketing to customer service, from corporate training to strategic planning, Ed has done it all. He also brings a unique perspective, having worked on both the manufacturer and distributor/retailer side of the business. Actively involved with the NKBA and BILD, Ed has developed long-term relationships in the service and installation part of the business as well.
