Deborah Verginella is the Executive Chef at Miele Gallery Caplan’s. She learned her craft in Italy, San Francisco, and in Toronto, notably at Trattoria Giancarlo and Browne’s Bistro. She has taught at All the Great Chefs, The Stop at Wychwood Barns, the TDSB and has edited cookbooks for HarperCollins, Penguin and Slow Food Editore.
