I came with my family to purchase a washer and dryer. The store manager Sharon was so welcoming and friendly. Our sales expert Nathaniel was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and guided us perfectly to find what we wanted. They also gifted us complimentary chocolates. We also went to Super Coffee where you can have complimentary pastries and beverages as Caplan’s customers. The overall experience was incredible!

Bought a laundry washer from them, but wasn’t able to get to the store. They accommodated me with a quick consultation via a video phone call, and showed me through the stock on the floor. Delivered and installed in a week. Quick and painless.
