I couldn't be happier with the entire process of choosing appliances from start to finish! Renovations are never easy but Brendon made this part extremely easy even though I am not a very decisive person. I had a million questions and had no clue what I was looking for in terms of different specs & what not but Brendon walked me through the entire process and I am beyond thrilled about my new purchases! I will only be using Caplans in the future and would recommend them for anyone looking for an upgrade 🙂

Shaun Kwong Hing of Caplans appliance was an amazing salesman. He helped me find a fridge that would fit my existing space, coordinated the home inspection, disconnect of old fridge, removal, delivery of new fridge, and installation. It was a lot of moving parts but he made it seamless. Extremely knowledgeable about what options I had, features of the various choices, prices etc. Outstanding service.

You can buy an appliance from any number of places. What you cannot buy is the quality from start to finish Caplan's has built its' reputation on over three generations. Second to none in regards to product, attention to detail, confidence in the team you work with and outstanding customer service from the sales floor to the delivery teams and every department in between. So pleased with our new fridge from Caplan’s! Shaun was very skilled in helping me select a model that would fit a rather confined space and he sent regular updates on the eta. The delivery crew were very careful and the installer did an excellent job ensuring that the waterline was intact and the fridge was level.

Appliance shopping is not my favourite past time and the last dishwasher we purchased from a different store was a disaster. However, the experience at Caplan's was a different matter altogether! Their sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery guys were polite and efficient. Best of all, we now have a fantastic dishwasher--not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I'd rather pay a little more for an appliance that actually works!

Through a recommendation in my network, we consulted with Grant at Caplan's for a new dishwasher. We had done extensive research for a model elsewhere, and had space limitations. I'm happy to say that the Whirlpool model Grant recommended, and we purchased, works so much better than our previous GE model which we purchased elsewhere in 2021! The Whirlpool has more space, does a better job and has a cool tray for cutlery which you can see in the photo. Grant and Caplans have a great process for arranging delivery and install. Very happy!

I had a tricky appliance problem. Small space and limited product. Shaun at Caplans solved my issue, replaced the appliance and all done very quickly where other companies repeatedly let me down. I highly recommend and will not go anywhere else.

"A tale of two Dishwashers". Kudos to Joseph, David and his installers. After a most humiliating experience with CAS ( check out my scathing review on Yelp and Google ) we turned to a friend who recommended Caplans. The family tradition of honesty and outstanding customer service is evident with this company. Within days of ordering we received our new D/W. In fact on delivery we noticed a dent on the front panel. No problem, that appliance was returned and a few hours later our new one was installed.

Caplan’s have a customer service standard that I haven’t experienced elsewhere. Our most recent purchase of an LG fridge went smoothly and I was really impressed by the diligence and support from Shaun. From the moment I first called with an enquiry to walking me through all of the fridge options, web payment tech issues, delivery updates and installation support, Shaun was really proactive and on the ball! He definitely knows his stuff and is a pleasure to work with.

As an Interior Designer, it is so important to have a great connection with the appliance team.
